Mr Bean made two appearances in the film Bean of Mel Smith (1997) and The Holiday Mr. Bean of Steve Bendelack (2007).

Music
The musical accompaniment of Mr Bean differs from other comedies since the generic, written by Howard Goodall, is sung by the choir of Southwark Cathedral. The words are in latin:

* Ecce Homo, which is faba - Here is the man who is a bean (sung at the beginning)
* Finishes parties primae - End of Part One (sung before the advertisements in the original version)
* Pars secunda - Part Two (sung after advertisements)
* Vale homo which is faba - Adieu, the man who is a bean (sung at the end)

Goodall has also written musical accompaniment for the various episodes.
